LLC Sherwood Premier (a subsidiary of PJSC Novatek) is implementing a complex development project at Leninsky Prospect ow. 90. Earlier this place was the location of the Sport Hotel, which was demolished in 2004. Apartments, hotel rooms, offices will appear here. The Radisson Hotel Group was selected as the operator for the hotel. The opening is scheduled for 2021.
The total area of the complex will be 109.2 thousand square meters. The hotel will house 150 rooms, a lobby bar, two restaurants, a conference area, fitness and spa centers. An office building will appear on the site, its area will be 73 thousand square meters as well as a complex of apartments and a parking lot for 2000 cars.
